100% Satisfaction Guaranteed! Refunds and exchanges will ONLY be processed within 14 days of the receipt of delivery.

**All items must be returned unused and in their original condition with tags attached in order for a refund or exchange to be processed, less shipping. In the unlikely case that damage occurs during shipment, please return the entire package in order to receive a full refund or process an exchange. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase for any reason, please contact me - I only want Ramble and Rue customers to be 100% satisfied and happy with their purchase! Custom orders (includes custom sizing) are NOT eligible for return.

Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 2-4 business days before your order is shipped. Please email us if you need your item sooner.

All items are shipped first class through USPS. First class mail often takes between 3 and 5 days (not including Sunday) depending on your location. No tracking numbers are issued for first class mail. If you would like to pay for shipment via Fed Ex or UPS, or a USPS upgrade such as priority or add insurance please contact me prior to purchase. I will ship to the address provided by the seller at time of checkout. If you would like an item shipped to a different address, please contact me. CUSTOMS FEES International orders may have additional customs fees and/or tariffs depending on your country. You, the buyer, are responsible for paying these costs. If you place a large order, taxes are especially high in UK, Germany and Australia - these fees are based on your order total.
